FAQ

Good questions deserve clear answers.

A few practical details about working with Lucci.

01

What kinds of organizations do you work with?

Any team whose work runs through people, documents and software: companies, public agencies, universities and nonprofits. We aren't tied to one industry.

02

Do you only take government contracts?

No. We respond to public solicitations when the scope fits, and we take direct projects with a clear scope from any kind of organization.

03

What does a first project look like?

It depends on the work. We may review an experience or workflow, design an improvement, build a tool, or evaluate an AI system. We agree on the scope and deliverables in writing before work begins.

04

How do you price?

Each project has a fixed written scope with a stated fee and payment terms. Hosting, AI model usage and ongoing support are priced separately, so nothing is bundled out of sight.

05

Who owns the work?

Your agreement says so in writing. You get a license to use everything we deliver and ownership of the client-specific work it assigns to you. Lucci keeps the tools and methods it had before, so it can keep improving them.

06

Do you use AI to do the work?

Where it helps and where your rules allow it. Some buyers restrict AI-written content in submissions, and we follow those rules. A person reviews everything we deliver.

07

Can I send you an RFP?

Yes. Email the solicitation to contact@luccilabs.xyz with the due date in the subject line, or describe it in the form.
