UX audits and digital product design
A product can be technically capable and still make everyday work difficult. Lucci examines how people find information, make decisions and complete tasks, then designs a clearer experience around that work.
Where this work helps
This work fits teams reviewing an existing website, application or internal tool, or planning a change that needs a more coherent structure and visual language. We begin with the experience people have today and the constraints the team needs to preserve.
What we examine
- Navigation, information structure and the paths people take through a task
- Interface consistency, interaction patterns and the clarity of feedback
- Responsive layouts, accessibility considerations and design system needs
- The relationship between the visible interface and the process behind it
What the work can deliver
- A prioritized account of usability and interface issues
- Design recommendations tied to specific tasks and decisions
- Flows, interface designs or design system guidance for the agreed scope
- An implementation plan, or implementation where it is part of the agreement
How we approach it
We agree on the journeys and interfaces to examine, review the experience and its constraints, and work through the changes with your team. The scope determines whether the outcome is an audit, a design direction or working software.
An audit identifies issues and opportunities. Any accessibility standard, user research activity or measured usability target must be agreed in the scope; it is not implied by a general design review.
